written above child and from this caused to persons, property or third parties, both on land and in water.
I hereby declare that I am aware of the rules that regulate the activity of the sailing course organized
according to the directives of the Italian Sailing Federation (www.federvela.it).

retribution or rights, the photographic product, or the possible video shooting, made for advertising purpose - education - and
containing name , image and voice of our son / daughter .
I declare to be informed that the publication can take place through internet, magazines and prints for the sector account of the
Circolo Vela Arco.

UPON REGISTRATION
• Fill the registration formular and send it to the secretary of Circolo Vela Arco per e-mail.
• Inform the secretary if the child suffers from any food allergies certified by the treating doctor.
• Before the course beginns, send per e-mail the medical cerificate for non agonistic
activity (MANDATORY)
• Children have to be abile to swimm.
Payment can be done:
• Trough bank transfer: IBAN IT45 K080 1634 3100 0000 0140 419 Cassa Rurale specifying
name of participant and the number of the course he is taking part;
• With Cash at the secretary office of Circolo Vela Arco (open every day 8.30am to 12.30 and
1.00pm to 6.00pm.
• To confirm the course we ask a deposit of €100,00.
MANDATORY CLOTHING
1. Comfortable shoes (like running shoes), rubber slippers, sailing boots or a second pair of shoes
that can get wet.
2. T-shirt white or otherwise clear
3. Shorts
4. Bathing suit
5. Towel
6. White Cap or otherwise clear
7. K-way or windproof-jacket
8. Dry clothes: underwear, t-shirt , shorts and shoes
9. If you have your own lifejacket take it with you, otherwise you can use the ones that the Club
provides
10. Remember to wear no wet clothes or shoes when you're not doing water activities
11. In the backpack always put a sweater, at the lake you never know!
