La PELAZZA PEPPINO Srl, fondata nel 1974 dal Sig. Pelazza Peppino, é
un’azienda di proprietà e di gestione familiare, leader nel settore ascensoristico per la fabbricazione di quadri di manovra controllati da logica a
MICROPROCESSORE o PLC. L’azienda si contraddistingue, oltre che per la
notevole competenza acquisita, anche per la qualità da sempre perseguita
impiegando solo materiali delle migliori marche.
Durante tutti questi anni il mercato a cui la PELAZZA PEPPINO Srl si è rivolta
si è notevolmente esteso, prima in Italia, poi in numerosi paesi europei e,
quindi, in tutto il mondo.
PELAZZA PEPPINO Srl, founded in 1974 by Mr. Pelazza Peppino, is a family
owned and managed company; leader in the lift industry for the production
of PLC or MICROPROCESSOR controlled control panels. The company
utilizes MITSUBISHI PLC, for which it is the exclusive user for the whole
Italian lift market.
Besides its acquired competence, PELAZZA PEPPINO Srl distinguishes itself
for its quality which it has always pursued using raw materials of the best
brands, only. During all these years its business has progressively extended
beyond Italy to other European countries and all over the world.

Realizziamo varie tipologie di impianti senza locale macchina con quadri posizionati interamente al
piano o distribuiti tra piano e interno vano. Riteniamo ottimale l’abbinamento del motore gearless al
proprio inverter e possiamo quindi fornire “pacchetti”completi con motorizzazione ZIEHL-ABEGG.
We manufacture several types of roomless machinery systems with panels completely
positioned at floor or allocated between floor and shaft.
We think it is optimal to combine a gearless motor with its own inverter, therefore being able to
supply a package complete with ZIEHL-ABEGG motorization.

Abbiamo anche selezionato inverter “GENERAL PURPOSE”
ovvero inverter adatti a pilotare varie marche di motori gearless. In
questo modo il cliente è libero di acquistare il motore gearless dal
proprio fornitore di fiducia avendo comunque la garanzia del buon
funzionamento in abbinamento al nostro quadro di manovra.
L’esempio indicato sotto propone una soluzione con riporto al piano
in emergenza e riapertura porte con inverter FUJI.
We have also selected “GENERAL PURPOSE” inverters: meaning inverters that can be used
to run several brands of gearless motors. In this way the client is free to buy a gearless motor
from their own supplier having the guarantee of good working combined with our control
panels.
The example shown at the side suggests a solution with emergency carry-over and doors
re-opening at floor using a FUJI inverter.

collegamento delle varie pulsantiere ai piani ed in cabina comprendendo anche tutti i dispositivi opzionali quali sintetizzatori
vocali, frecce direzionali, gong e display. Questo sistema permette di ridurre notevolmente il cablaggio degli impianti.
Our microprocessor boards, taking advantage of the serial communication technology, enable,
using only 4 wires, the connection of the various push-buttons to the floors and in the cabin also
including all the optional devices such as vocal synthesiser, directional arrows, gong and display.
This system considerably reduces the cabling of the installations.

La necessità di ridurre i tempi di installazione ha indotto la nostra azienda a sviluppare una nuova linea di quadri di manovra
predisposti per la connessione delle linee preclabate.
Il sistema che proponiamo semplifica notevolmente il lavoro dell’installatore che, oltre a disporre di linee già tagliate a misura,
deve semplicemente interconnettere il quadro ed i vari componenti per mezzo di connettori ad innesto rapido.
I principali vantaggi derivanti dall’utilizzo dei sistemi precablati sono:
• Ridotti tempi di installazione
• Ridotta possibilità di errori
• Maggiore facilità nei collegamenti i quali richiedono, per la loro esecuzione, minore competenza tecnica rispetto
al sistema tradizionale.
The need of reducing installation times has given our Company
the incentive to develop a new line of control panels ready to be
connected to pre-wired lines. Our proposed method notably
simplifies the manual work which, other than positioning the
pre-cut line lengths, requires only the interconnection of the
control panels and the various components using fast in-out
connectors.
The main advantages from using pre-wired lines are:

In alternativa ai classici sensori magnetici per la lettura
della posizione della cabina nel vano esistono sul mercato
varie soluzioni alternative. Per questa applicazione risulta
estremamente valido ed affidabile il sistema USP della
SCHMERSAL basato sulla conduzione di ultrasuoni lungo
un filo metallico appeso nel vano. Un trasmettitore solidale
con la cabina scorre lungo il filo metallico ed invia segnali
ultrasonici ad un ricevitore posizionato in testata o in fossa.
Il ricevitore risulta così in grado di rilevare la posizione
assoluta della cabina nel vano ed inviarla direttamente ai
PLC che equipaggiano i nostri quadri di manovra.
Tramite la nostra tastiera MITSUBISHI collegabile al PLC si
impostano le quote di rallentamento e di fermata velocizzando notevolmente l’installazione degli impianti.

As an alternative to the classic magnetic sensors for
the reading of the cabin position in the shaft, there
are several alternative solutions on the market.
For this application the USP system by SCHMERSAL
based on driving ultrasounds along a metallic wire
hanging in the shaft is extremely valid and reliable.
A transmitter attached to the cabin runs along the
metallic wire and directs ultrasound signals to a
receiver positioned in the headroom or in the pit.
The receiver is therefore able to survey the absolute
cabin position in the shaft and to send it directly to
the PLC of which our control panels are equipped.
Connecting our MITSUBISHI keyboard to the PLC
you can set the deceleration and stopping quotes in
order to considerably speed up the installations.
