Mediolanum S.p.A. comunica che Gamax Holding, controllata da Banca Mediolanum
a sua volta controllata da Mediolanum S.p.A., ha ceduto, in data odierna, la propria
partecipazione totalitaria in Gamax Broker Pool AG di Monaco di Baviera alla
Consal Makler Service GmbH, società del gruppo Consal Beteiligungsgesellschaft
AG, per la cifra di euro 1.400.000.
Gli accordi commerciali in essere tra la Gamax Broker Pool e la Gamax Asset
Management SA, Lussemburgo, per la distribuzione dei fondi d'investimento di
quest'ultima, che rimane nell'ambito del gruppo Mediolanum, sono confermati e
continuano ad essere operativi anche per il futuro.
Con questa operazione, condizionata all’approvazione delle autorità di competenza, i
2.000 Indipendent Financial Advisors (IFA), contrattualmente collegati alla Gamax
Broker Pool per la distribuzione dei fondi Gamax, avranno la possibilità di continuare
a distribuire anche i fondi Gamax, avviando nel contempo un rapporto di
collaborazione con un prestigioso gruppo assicurativo quale Consal
Beteiligungsgesellschaft AG.
La presenza diretta di Mediolanum in Germania continua tramite la controllata
Bankhaus August Lenz, Monaco, che replica il modello operativo proprio di Banca
Mediolanum in Italia e in Spagna.

Mediolanum S.p.A. announces that today Gamax Holding sold its whole
shareholding in Gamax Broker Pool AG, Munich, to Consal Makler Service GmbH, a
company of the Consal Beteiligungsgesellschaft AG, for a consideration of
€1,400,000.
Gamax Holding is controlled by Banca Mediolanum, a Mediolanum S.p.A.
subsidiary.
The agreements in force between Gamax Broker Pool and Gamax Asset Management
SA, Luxembourg, for the distribution of the investment funds of the latter are
confirmed and will continue to operate in the future.
Gamax Asset Management SA, Luxembourg, will continue to be part of the
Mediolanum Group.
Following the transaction, subject to regulatory approvals, the 2,000 Independent
Financial Advisors (IFA) who distribute Gamax funds under an agreement with
Gamax Broker Pool will have the opportunity to continue to distribute Gamax funds
and, at the same time, enter into an agreement that will allow them to work with a
prestigious insurance group like Consal Beteiligungsgesellschaft AG.
Mediolanum will continue to be directly present in Germany through its subsidiary
Bankhaus August Lenz, Munich, which replicates the business model of Banca
Mediolanum in Italy and Spain.
