L’attività sportiva permette ai giovani di comprendere i valori fondamentali della correttezza, della collaborazione e dell’impegno per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi, insegnamenti importanti per tutta la vita. È per questo motivo che Varvel SpA, azienda
specializzata nella progettazione, produzione e commercializzazione di riduttori di
velocità attiva in tutto il mondo, ogni anno decide di offrire il proprio appoggio ad
alcune società sportive locali attente ai ragazzi. In risposta alla preferenza espressa
dai lavoratori alla fine del 2015, quest’anno Varvel ha destinato una donazione a
favore dell’associazione sportiva
NSB – Nuoto Sprint Borgo,
società che svolge attività di
nuoto agonistico affiliata alla
UISP (Unione Italiana Sport per
tutti) e, attraverso la collaborazione con l’importante società
sportiva CN UISP Bologna, alla
FIN (Federazione Italiana Nuoto). Il rispetto verso gli allenatori, i compagni di squadra e
gli avversari, la serietà negli
allenamenti, la correttezza nelle
gare, il piacere di stare insieme,
la passione per un’attività sana: sono questi i valori che Varvel vuole promuovere, in
quanto azienda socialmente responsabile da sempre molto attenta ai giovani e alle
iniziative culturali e sportive del territorio a loro dedicate. Grazie a queste i ragazzi
riescono ad acquisire, già da giovanissimi, attitudini che saranno utili anche nella loro
vita adulti, nel lavoro come nelle situazioni private. “Il nostro migliore investimento
sul futuro sono i giovani– affermano Francesco Berselli e Mauro Cominoli, Presidente
e Direttore Generale di Varvel SpA – e vogliamo fornire loro gli strumenti più
adatti per esprimere le loro potenzialità valorizzando le attività legate allo sport,
agli studi e alle occasioni formative in preparazione al lavoro. Questa donazione per
la squadra NSB fa parte di tutte quelle azioni che intraprendiamo ogni anno per promuovere quelle iniziative che diffondono valori in linea con la nostra filosofia aziendale:

Sports activities enable young people to understand the fundamental values of fair
play, cooperation and commitment to achieve objectives, important lessons for life.
This is the reason why Varvel SpA, a company specialized in the design and production
of gearboxes and variators, active all over the world, decides to offer its support year
after year to a number of local sports societies which pay attention to youngsters. On
the basis of preferences expressed by employees at the close of 2015, this year
Varvel has allocated a donation to the sports association NSB – Nuoto Sprint Borgo,
a society which organizes competitive swimming activities,
affiliated with UISP (Italian
Union of Sports for All) and,
through a collaboration with
CN UISP Bologna, with FIN (Italian Swimming Federation).
Respect for the coaches, fellow
team members and adversaries, seriousness of the
coaching, fair play during races,
the pleasure of spending time
with others, the passion for
healthy activities: these are the
values that Varvel wishes to promote, in that it is a socially responsible company that
has always paid special attention to youngsters and to the local sporting and cultural
activities dedicated to them. Thanks to these activities, young people, right from a
tender age, are able to acquire attitudes which will be of use to them in their adult
lives, both at work and in their personal lives. “Young people are our best investment
in the future – state Francesco Berselli and Mauro Cominoli, President and Managing Director of Varvel SpA – and we want to offer them the most appropriate
tools to express their potential, encouraging activities linked to sport, to study and
training opportunities in preparation for work. This donation to the NSB team is just
a part of the many actions we undertake each year to promote initiatives which
foster values in line with our company philosophy: a concrete gesture to benefit the
community we live in.”
