The Havengrid Group develops, promotes and sells residential and tourist real estate in countries that can boast an elevated level of
natural beauty and economic development. Their developments seek to satisfy the needs of each and every client, whether he or she
is looking for a second home, a vacation home perhaps, or simply looking for an investment. Founded in 2004, the Group is active
in a number of countries around the world, with offices in Milan, Italy; Miami, Florida; Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic; in
Madagascar’s Nosy Be island; and in Maceiò. The Havengrid Group is currently investing primarily in Brazil, South America’s greatest
economic power. Among their developments in Maceiò, the state capital of Alagoas (in the northeast of the country), Havengrid can
count the Condo Resort Villas do Pratagy, Paradise Beach, and the Ipioca, Waterfront 1 and Waterfront 2 complexes. The Magia Eco
Resort, currently under construction, is the Group’s most ambitious project to date, and will be the first five-star, all-inclusive resort
in the northeast of Brazil. It will be operated by the famous Spanish hotel chain, Iberostar. In addition, as a partner of Iberostar, the
Havengrid Group is active in promoting and selling IBEROSTATE residential complexes around the world, with an exclusive agreement
covering Italy. This luxury real estate, with the best in services and comforts, is located in and around some of the best golf clubs in

Con una formazione in meccanica industriale, nel
1988 diventa CEO della propria azienda di famiglia,
specializzata nel settore aeronautico e automobilistico, con
sede produttiva in Italia e filiali in tutto il mondo.
Laureato in economia e commercio nel 1984, inizia la
sua carriera come Agente di Cambio della Borsa Valori di
Milano, sino al 1989.
Nel 2003 decide di intraprendere l’attività
imprenditoriale nel ramo turistico-immobiliare,
costituendo la Havengrid Group e aprendo il
primo ufficio a Milano nel 2004, sede attuale di
HVG Consulting. Nello stesso anno, durante una
vacanza nel Nordeste del Brasile, viene colpito
dal fascino che la natura di questa parte di Paese
offre, in particolare nello Stato dell’Alagoas. Nel
2005, apre proprio a Maceio, capitale dello Stato, la
Havengrid do Brasil, oggi sede principale del Gruppo.
Attualmente vive tra l’ Italia, il Brasile e gli Stati Uniti
d’America, a Miami; oggi Gian Piero è Presidente e CEO
di Havengrid Group: “Il Brasile è il miglior Paese per
investire e pianificare il proprio futuro”.
Having studied Industrial Mechanics, in 1988 Gian Piero
became CEO of his family’s company, which specialized in the
aeronautic and automotive sectors, with a production plant in
Italy and branches all around the world.
In 2003, he decided to go into business in tourism and real
estate, creating the Havengrid Group, which opened its first
office in Milan – now the headquarters of HVG Consulting – in
2004. That same year, while on vacation in northeastern Brazil,
he was struck by the appeal of the region’s natural heritage,
especially in the state of Alagoas. In 2005, he established
Havengrid do Brasil, in Maceiò, the state capital, where the
Group now has its headquarters.
He currently divides his time between Italy, Brazil, and Miami,
Florida. Today, Gian Piero is both Chairman and CEO of the
Havengrid Group. “Brazil is the best country in which to invest,
and make plans for your future”.

Dal 1998 al 2001 è presidente del gruppo Giovani
Imprenditori dell’Unione delle Industrie e membro del
consiglio direttivo di Moda Italia.
Nel 1990 entra a far parte dell’organico della società Giorgi
S.p.a., dove ricoprirà l’incarico di Direttore Generale sino al
2001, anno in cui fonderà la sua attuale azienda, Planetex.
La società, operante nell’ambito dell’abbigliamento, è
licenziataria di vari marchi di prestigio, molto affermati
nel territorio italiano, raggiungendo un fatturato annuo di
oltre 60 milioni di euro.
Dal 2009 è socio e Vice presidente del Gruppo
Havengrid e fa parte del consiglio di amministrazione
esecutivo.
Having graduated in economics and business in 1984,
he began his career as a stock broker at the Milan stock
exchange, a position he occupied until 1989.
Between 1998 and 2001, he was chairman of the Young
Businesspersons’ Group of the Union of Industries (Unione
delle Industrie) and a member of the board of directors of
Moda Italia.
In 1990, he joined the company Giorgi S.p.a., where he
held the position of CEO until 2001, when he founded his
current company, Planetex. Operating in the clothing sector,
Planetex holds licenses from a number of prestigious labels,
and is well established in the Italian market, with annual
revenues of over 60 million euros.
He has been a partner and Vice President of the Havengrid
Group, with a seat on the board of directors, since 2009.

As such, February 2014 saw the inauguration of the first Havengrid Point, in the largest shopping center in Maceiò, capital
of the Alagoas state in Brazil.
Through the carefully chosen experts of Havengrid Point, the Havengrid Group is able to offer a consulting service for
potential investors, which includes the possibility of booking vacations at one of the promoted complexes.
Other agencies are being opened in countries and locations deemed strategically advantageous for the promotion of the
company’s products, both in Europe and Latin America.
These will join their existing offices in Miami, Milan and the Dominican Republic.

il gruppo spagnolo Iberostar, uno dei network di alberghi e resort più rinomati del mondo. La spiaggia di Ipioca,
a Maceió, nel Nordest del Brasile, è stata scelta per ricevere il primo resort internazionale di lusso dell’ Alagoas, il Iberostar Magia
Maceió.
The partnership between the Havengrid Group and the
Spanish Iberostar Group, which boasts one of the world’s
most renowned hotel and resort networks, was cemented at
a meeting at the City Hall on October 13, 2013. The Ipioca
beach at Maceió, in the northeast of Brazil, was chosen as the
site for the state of Alagoas’ first international luxury resort,
the Iberostar Magia Maceió.

The development will be completed in 2016, and is expected to
create 250 jobs directly, and another 1,300 indirectly.

Palmeira, hanno firmato come testimoni dell’ accordo
siglato tra il vice presidente del Gruppo Iberostar, Jose
Antonio Gonzales ed il presidente di Havengrid Group,
Gian Piero Berneri alla presenza, inoltre, del Segretario del
Turismo delle Città, Cláudia Pessoa, e del Segretario dello
Stato dell’Alagoas, Danielle Novis.
The agreement between the Iberostar Group’s Vice President Jose Antonio
Gonzales and Chairman of the Havengrid Group, Gian Piero Berneri,
was signed and witnessed by Governor Teotonio Vilela Filho and Mayor
Rui Palmeira. Also present were the Secretary for City Tourism, Cláudia
Pessoa, and the Secretary of the State of Alagoas, Danielle Novis.
