Fascination wine
that adapts the smells and tastes from the environment in which it grew. None,
which changes again and again during its long lifetime with fascinating
behaviour and none, which tastes year by year completely different without
losing the basic character of its origin. You may have noticed already: Wine
connoisseurs are always pleasant, humorous and interesting people who are
able to enjoy. People that can enjoy are happy people. With our wine selection
we hope to offer our guests a small contribution of pleasure and joy of life.
Origins of wines
The singular variety of different wine types (grape sorts) in Europe offers a rich
selection for providing a wine list for each and every taste. Europe has a
centuries-old wine growing culture. We would like to deliberate upon this
gastronomically valuable inheritance completely, and have therefore consciously
excluded wines from overseas.
