Safety Tips
 Please drive according to driving regulations and obey traffic laws;
 Please pay attention to the warning in the manual and avoid the operations that
mentioned during the installation and use. The ignoring of any warning would lead to
danger;
 Please do not use any function that would disperse your attention in driving.
These functions should be used in the parking state. If you need the function, please
park the vehicle in the security zone and use handbrake to avoid the occurrence of
safety accidents;
 During driving, please keep the volume of music in the state that does not affect
any security alert and make sure that the driver could be able hear the noise out of the
window. Driver may not hear the emergency alert or road warning signal because of
high volume in vehicle and it may lead to traffic accident;
 For security considerations, driver in the vehicle should not watch the video,
please enable the “handbrake test” function in system settings;
 Please do not insert your finger, a foreign matter or conductive material into the
gap or slot;
 Please do not wear headset in driving;
 Please do not use the product for any other function except for navigation and
multimedia;
 Any accessories should be matched with the parameters of the product during the
replacing; Unsuitable accessories might damage the product and cause serious safety
accidents, resulting in personal injury;
Safety Statement
 This product is the auxiliary equipment for increasing driving experience, please
keep the safety in the first place and never be careless or lack of judgment. Please
avoid using any function that may affect your safety during driving, otherwise the
safety accidents caused by improper operation has nothing to do with our company;
Please take the actual situation as the basis for the processing; Such as map navigation,
it works only as a reference, please consider the actual road conditions;
 The navigation map provider is responsible for navigation map data;
 Please follow the manual steps. Any serious injury, death or goods damage that
caused by the operation that does not be mentioned in the manual has nothing to do
with our company;
Warning
 Please do not disassemble, install or repair the product by yourself. Please contact
the manufacturer specified service personnel first if it is necessary. The operation that
conduct by the person who has not electronic equipment, vehicle modification or
other related training may cause accidents, fire, electric shock, or other dangers;
 Please do not arbitrarily change the system;
 Please do not make products near the fire, contact liquid and avoid the damage to
the product that may lead to electric shock, fire and other accidents;
 Please do not install and use this product in the environment that does not meet
the installation conditions. Otherwise it may cause the damage to the machine or
injury to user;
 Please do not arbitrarily change the emission frequency, increase the transmission
power (including add RF power amplifier), add external antenna or use other transmit
antennas;
 Please do not make interference to legitimate radio communication services
during the using of product. Once the interference occurs, user should immediately
stop using and the product and the product should not be used unless the interference
is disappeared;
Installation Instructions
 The vehicle must meet the voltage, current and power that required, please check
the conditions before installation;
 The installation should be done while the battery of the vehicle is disconnected;
 To ensure that the product has been fitted with a fuse;
 The installation of the product should not affect the safety of the operation and
function of the vehicle;
 The installation position should not block the driver's sight and should not be on
the place that the brake, steering wheel, seat belts, airbags and other vehicle safety
equipment should be;
 Please confirm the matching condition of the vehicle interface before install this
product, use the appropriate patch plug if the interface is not matched;
 Please be familiar with the connection of the vehicle before installation, confirm
the position of the piping, electrical wiring, fuel tank and other vehicle system
components. Do not touch or damage these components and avoid the exposure of
wires that may cause corrosion, leakage, etc;
 Please do not conduct the installation in place of condensation, drench water sites,
high humidity, containing dust and oil smoke. If water, moisture, dust and oil smoke
enter the product, it may cause smoke, fire or failure;
 Please do not move or disassembled the existing screws, nuts, bolts, clips,
connecting fixed appliances, accessories and so on, do not change or remove vehicle
incidental contact system and wire clip, otherwise it may impair the function of
automobile safety;
 In order to avoid the occurrence of fire damage to the product or vehicle, please
do not allow the existing power supply circuit overload when power the product;
Please be sure that the power wires have insulation treatment and install with fuses,
circuit breakers and relays;
 Please use non conductive tape in insulation treatment, wrap the ends of the wire
and unused wire; Correct insulating treatment can avoid the occurrence of electric arc,
electric shock or fire. In order not to impede the brake pedal, gearbox and steering
wheel, plastic belt could be used to fix the wires. Please do not make the wires contact
high temperature surface, the heat can easily cause damage to the wires and lead to
short circuit, arc or fire;
 Please fix the wire on the electric chair or other parts of vehicle where will not
lead to the scratch or damage of wire. In addition, the wire should be fixed in the
hidden place as far as possible, it will make the environment inside the vehicle
beautiful;
 Please do not block the airflow vents, otherwise it may cause internal overheat
and fire;
 After the installation, please check the wire connection of the vehicle, then run all
functions, including lights, speakers, stereo, reversing operation and other electrical
systems and ensure that the vehicle function is normal and can be used safely.
Usage Notes
 Please use this product in 9~16V DC voltage range (negative ground). The
voltage is too high or too low may damage the product and battery of the vehicle;
 Please use the 15A fuse;
 Please operate the product at the temperature of -20°C to +60 °C;
 Use the soft wet cloth to wipe the stain gently;
 It is recommended to not use the product in excessive wet environment. If the
function is failed, please shut down the product and restart after the moisture
dispersed;
 Please do not use this product to play scratched, fractured or deformed disc,
otherwise it would damage the disc module (with no disc module should ignore this
tip);
 When restart, please use the tapered matter press the reset button lightly;
 When OS is crashed and affects driving, please park the vehicle in the safety zone
and restart the machine;
 When it is in cold start process, it may not be able to accurately display the
current time and location, user could use GPS positioning function to correct it;
 The product is probably to work not normally because of bumpy road. Users
could reuse this product when the road conditions improve;
 When playing HD video, it is suggested to close navigation system to avoid the
stuttering;
 Foreign matters or water into the machine may cause the smoke or smell. When it
occurs, please immediately shut down the machine and contact the service center;
 If the product has any fault or any serious damage, stop using and contact
customer service center immediately;
 It is not in the scope of warranty that the products cannot run normally, data is
corrupted or lost because of operation without manual instruction or artificially
destroy the product;
Statements
 This manual mainly introduces the function and operation method of the product,
it is only used as user's operating guidelines, not as a basis for other criteria and
maintenance services;
 When there is improvement of products, specifications and design are subject to

Function Instructions
Breathing Light
Volume
When silde the left breathing light to upper or click the upper area, the volume
increases; On the contrary, the volume is decreased;
Mute
In the volume control area, fast sliding down will enter the mute state;
Screen Backlight Control
When silde the right breathing light to upper or click the upper area, the backlight
brightness enhancement; On the contrary, the backlight brightness;
Shut Off Screen
In the backlight control area, sliding down fast will into the off screen state;
Home Key
Click to switch between homepage and functional interface; When in the standby
mode, click to exit standby mode;
Standby Key
Click into the standby mode, once again, exit standby;
Radio
Click [
]to enter the radio mode. When broadcast radio is stereo, radio
interface will display the "stereo"(FM only);
FM/AM Switching

Search Bluetooth Device

on and allowed to be detected; Using a mobile device to search the product, the name
will be displayed on your mobile device; or click "connection settings", and then click

】 to search the surrounding Bluetooth devices. All the devices to search will
be displayed on the screen;
Bluetooth Pairing
In the mobile device, click the name of the machine or search it in the Bluetooth
device list, choose the machine to connect, and then wait for the connection. If the
connection is done, the name of mobile device will be highlighted
Automatic Connection
If the device that connected is out of the operating range, the Bluetooth will be
disconnected automatically. If user does not close the Bluetooth function, the
Bluetooth is automatically reconnected when the device returns to the operating
range.
Download Phone Book

】to download phone book from cellphone, at this time it will show the
download tips on the screen of cellphone, click OK for download, click “Cancel” for
not download.

Click the main interface of CarPlay mode for using the map function of iphone;
Check Message
Click the main interface of CarPlay mode for sending message or check unread
message;
Use Podcast
Click the main interface of CarPlay mode for using Podcast;
Siri
1.Press the left corner of the apple Home key for using Siri voice assistant, such as
issuing a call, playing music, opening the map and other voice commands; 2.When
iPhone is connected, press the mute button on the steering wheel to enable Siri;
Android Connection
See the use of Android connection for details;
Android Phone Link
PhoneLink App enables drivers to project the content from their Android smartphone to the
screen of Car Multi-Media Player. The connection is by standard USB cable from smartphone.
The control is dual way from the screen of smartphone or Car Multi-Media Player. By the
connection of Bluetooth, drivers can enjoy the music from their smartphone, and make or
receive a call.
How to connect
1．Turn on the smartphone USB debugging
（1）Smartphone Setting—About phone—Click version No. several times and go back to last
step—Turn on Developer options—Turn on USB debugging；
（2）Smartphone Setting—Turn on Developer options—Turn on USB debugging；
2．Please refer the manual of Car Multi-Media Player for the Bluetooth paring.
3．The PhoneLink App will take 10~30 seconds to install in smartphone.
4．Some Smartphone may pop a window of “USB computer connection”, please click on MTP
or PTP.
5．Smartphone will pop a window “Allow application PhoneLink to access USB accessory”.
Please click “Use by default for this USB accessory”, then click “OK”.
6．PhoneLink is workable after the App installed.
7．When drivers use PhoneLink function for a second time after the first connection and App
installed successfully, just connect smartphone to Car Multi-Media Player by USB cable and pair
the Bluetooth.
8．If by any case the App is removed, the PhoneLink App has to be installed again.
Dual Way Control
After successful connection, contents from smartphone will be projected to the screen of Car
Multi-Media Player. Drivers can operate from the screen of both smartphone and Car MultiMedia Player.
LinkCar PhoneLink Drive Mode
The Linkcar is the drive mode of PhoneLink which enables drivers easily to enjoy music,
Bluetooth conversation, Navigation or add other favorable Apps.

Settings
General Settings
1. Open/Close key beep;
2. Open/Close handbrake test; If open, user can not watch the video in the driving
process;
3. Open/Close the reverse polar; If open, system will detect the high level reverse
signal;
4. Open/close the lamp control; If open, the screen backlight automatically becomes
dimming when user turns on the vehicle light;
5. Click to choose left driving position or right driving position;
6. Click to select the time zone in the region;
7. Click to set date, click OK for setting done;
8. Click to set the time, click OK for setting done;
9. Open/Close 24H mode;
10. Open/Close automatically adjust time according to the navigation position;
11. Select the path for navigation software;
12. Select the frequency of navigation speech: always, when display the map and
close;
13. Click to change the language, and then restart the product;
14. Click to replace the theme, then click "OK" to take effect;
15. Open/Close the blur effect of background;
16. Adjust the brightness of the background;
17. Click to switch between analog clock mode, digital clock mode and no picture
standby mode;
18. Click to recovery to factory settings;
19. Click to choose the input signal of reversing, please do not change the advanced
settings arbitrarily;
Music Settings
1. Open/Close loudness effect;
2. Regulate bass effect;
3. Adjust the volume according to the speed of the vehicle;
4. Adjust the volume of multimedia (including music, video and radio), Bluetooth,
voice, and navigation;
5. Select the sound effect, choose it directly;
6. Show classic, pop, rock, jazz sound effect, sliding progress bar to custom sound
effect;
7. Move original point to adjust the speaker output balance;
Display Settings
1. Adjust brightness;
2. Adjust contrast;
3. Adjust gamma;
4. Adjust the light intensity of breathing light;
5. Recover to default values;
Bluetooth Settings
1. Open / Close Bluetooth;
2. Open / Close automatic connection;
3. Open/Close automatic receiving, if open, the incoming call will be received
automatically;
4. Open/Close automatic download phonebook, if open, the product will
automatically download phonebook from mobile phone when Bluetooth connection is
done;
5.Click to modify the host name, enter a new name and then click【

Radio Settings
1. When the scan quality is adjusted to the left, the sensitivity of the stop will be
decreased; On the contrary, the sensitivity of the stop will be improved;
2. Click to recover to default stop sensitivity;
3. Click to select the region, please do not change the settings arbitrarily;
4. Open/Close RDS, please do not open RDS when it is not in Europe;
Common Problems and Solutions
When the machine fails,

Erhöhung der Empfangsleistung können Antennen mit integriertem Verstärker oder
andere Antennenanlagen genutzt werden..
 Bitte versuchen Sie nicht mit dem Gerät reserviere Frequenzen zu Empfangen
oder zu stören, Frequenzen des Polizeifunk oder Rettungsdienstes dürfen nicht
gestört werden, sollte eine Störung auftreten stellen Sie den Betrieb des Gerätes
sofort ein.
Installationsanweisungen
 Die Bordspannung des Fahrzeuges muss der Spannung des Gerätes entsprechen
und genug Spannung zur Verfügung stellen, bitte prüfen Sie dies vor der Installation.
 Bitte klemmen Sie die Batterie des Fahrzeuges vor der Installation ab.
 Stellen Sie sicher das die Sicherung im Gerät steckt und intakt ist.
 Die Installation des Gerätes sollte die Sicherheit und Funktion des Fahrzeuges
nicht einschränken.
 Die Installation des Gerätes sollte die Sicht des Fahrers nicht einschränken
sowie keine relevanten Sicherheitsanlagen des Fahrzeuges blockieren.
 Um Kabelbrände im Fahrzeug zu vermeiden achten Sie bitte immer darauf
Stromführende Kabel ausreichend zu sichern und die Isolierung zu überprüfen. Bitte
beachten Sie die Kabelquerschnitte bei anliegender Leistung.
 Bitte nutzen Sie für die Isolation von Stromleitenden Kabeln kein stromleitendes
Band um Kurzschlüsse und damit entstehenden Brand zu vermeiden. Bitte fixieren Sie
Ihre Kabel immer mit Kabelbindern so dass diese weder das Getriebe, das Lenkrad
oder die Bremse blockieren können.
 Bitte sorgen Sie dafür das der Gerätelüfter nicht blockiert wird um eine
Überhitzung und dadurch entstehenden Brand zu vermeiden.
 Bitte testen Sie nach der Installation alle Funktionen am Fahrzeug und am Gerät
um sicherherzustellen das diese ordnungsgemäß funktionieren und das Fahrzeug
weiterhin sicher im Straßenverkehr genutzt werden kann.
Betriebshinweise
 Bitte betreiben Sie das Gerät nur in 9 – 16 Volt Gleichstrom Fahrzeugen
(Negative Erdung), ist die Spannung niedriger oder höher, so kann dies
Beschädigungen am Fahrzeug, der Batterie oder am Gerät mit sich führen..
 Bitte nutzen Sie nur die 15A Sicherung.
 Bitte achten Sie auf die Betriebstemperatur von -20°C bis +60 °C.
 Nutzen Sie zum Säubern feine Mikrofaser oder Brillentücher.
 Bitte verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht bei hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit, sollte das
Gerät Fehlfunktionen aufweisen so fahren Sie das Gerät runter und warten bis die
Feuchtigkeit verflogen ist..
 Um das Gerät zu restarten drücken Sie bitte mit einem spitzen weichen
Gegenstand auf die Reset Taste oben rechts am Gerät.
 Sollte das System während der Fahrt einmal abstürzen so Parken Sie Ihr
Fahrzeug an einer sicheren Stelle und starten Sie es neu.
 Bei der Wiedergabe von HD Videoinhalten wird empfohlen die Navigation zu
beenden um genügend Rechenleistung für die Rückelfreie Wiedergabe
bereitzustellen.
 Äußere Einflüsse oder Wasser im Gerät kann rauch im Gerät verursachen und
Rauch aus dem Gerät austreten lassen, bitte trennen Sie das Gerät sofort vom Strom
und kontaktieren Sie den Kundensupport.
 Wenn das Gerät schwerwiegende Fehler oder Defekte aufweist so beenden
Sie die Nutzung sofort und kontaktieren Sie den Kundensupport.

Bedienung der Funktionen
Front Sensoren
Lautstärke
Wird die linke Sensorleiste berührt und nach oben gezogen so wird die
Lautstärke erhöht, umgekehrt wird die Lautstärke verringert.
Mute
Wird auf der Sensorleiste schnell nach unten gewischt schaltet sich das Gerät Stumm
Bildschirm Helligkeit
Wird die rechte Sensorleiste berührt und nach oben gezogen so wird die
Bildschrimhelligkeit erhöht, umgekehrt wird die Helligkeit verringert
Display ausschalten
Wird auf der Sensorleiste schnell nach unten gewischt schaltet sich das Display aus
Home Taste
Die Home Taste drücken um zwischen Hauptmenü und gewählter Funktion zu
wechseln, ist das Display abgeschaltet so schalten Sie es damit wieder ein.
Standby Taste
Klicken Sie einmal um den Standby zu aktivieren, ein weiteres mal um den Standby
wieder zu deaktivieren.
Radio

Bluetooth Telefon Koppeln
Zum Koppeln klicken Sie einfach auf den Namen Ihres Telefons der im Display des
VX8 angezeigt wird, die Verbindung wird nun aufgebaut. Sobald die Verbindung
aufgebaut ist wird der Gerätename auf dem Display hervorgehoben.
Automatisch verbinden
Entfernt sich das per Bluetooth gekoppelte Gerät aus der Reichweite, so wird dieses
automatisch getrennt. Begibt sich das Telefon wieder in Reichweite so wird es
automatisch wieder gekoppelt.

Podcasts nutzen
Klicken Sie im CarPlay Modus auf Podcasts um Ihre Podcasts zu nutzen.
Siri
1.Drücken Sie auf die Home Taste in der linken unteren Ecke um Siri zu aktivieren.
2.Drücken Sie auf die Mute Taste Ihrer Lenkradfernbedienung um Siri zu
aktivieren.
Android Verbindung
Verbinden Sie das Android Telefon per USB Kabel mit dem VX8, schalten Sie am
Android Telefon USB Debugging ein, klicken Sie nun auf Android Link.
Android Phone Link
Die PhoneLink Funktion erlaubt es dem Fahrer den Inhalt seines angeschlossenen
Android Telefons auf dem Display des VX8 anzeigen zu lassen. Die Verbindung wird
mittels dem standart USB Kabel des Smartphones hergestellt. Ist zusätzlich eine
Bluetooth Verbindung aktiv so können außerdem Anrufe getätigt werden und die Musik
vom Smartphone abgespielt werden.
Achtung: Bitte verwenden Sie Phone Link nicht während der Fahrt.
Verbindungsaufbau Android Phone Link
1. Schalten Sie den Debugging Modus Ihres Android Handys ein.
a. Einstellungen -> Über das Telefon -> klicken Sie nun einige male auf
die Build Nummer -> es erscheint eine Meldung „Sie sind jetzt
Entwickler“.
b. Gehen Sie nun in die Enwickleroptionen in den Einstellungen, schalten
Sie dort den Punkt „USB Debugging“ ein.
2. Koppeln Sie nun das Handy via Bluetooth mit dem VX8.
3. Schließen Sie nun das Handy via USB am VX8 an.
4. Warten Sie einige Sekunden bis die PhoneLink App auf Ihrem Handy installiert
wurde.
5. Wenn Sie die USB Verbindung hergestellt haben erscheint auf einigen
Telefonen die Meldung „USB Computer Verbindung“, wählen Sie hier bitte die
MTP Verbindung aus.
6. Auf Ihrem Telefon erscheint nun die Meldung „Soll der App PhoneLink zugriff
auf das USB Gerät gewährt werden?“, bitte setzen Sie den Haken bei „Immer
diese Aktion auswählen“ und klicken Sie dann auf OK.
7. Wenn die App vollständig installiert wurde ist PhoneLink komplett
betriebsbereit.
8. Wenn Sie nach dem beenden der Verbindung (z.B. bei verlassen des PKW)
erneut eine Verbindung herstellen wollen müssen Sie lediglich Ihr Telefon per
Bluetooth Koppeln (geschieht automatisch) und Ihr Handy wieder an den USB
anschließen.
Two Way Control (Bildschirmspiegelung Android)
Nachdem erfolgreich die Verbindung hergestellt wurde (Siehe Verbindungsaufbau
Android Phone Link) wird der Bildschirm des Smartphones auf dem Bildschirm des
VX8 gespiegelt. Sie Können das Smartphone nun weiterhin über den Touchscreen des
Smartphones selbst bedienen oder das Smartphone über den Bildschirm des VX8
bedienen.
PhoneLink LinkCar (Drive Mode)
LinkCar ist der Drive Mode der PhoneLink App. Mit Ihr ist eine vereinfachte
Bedienung möglich und es werden nur die wichtigsten benötigten Funktionen
übersichtlich auf dem Display dargestellt. Das Menü ist komplett anpassbar.

Navigation
Klicken Sie auf Navigation um die jeweils im Gerät eingelegte Navigationssoftware zu
starten. Für weitere Details konsultieren Sie bitte die Anleitung der
Navigationssoftware.
Fahrzeuginformationen (Über CAN Bus)
Lassen Sie sich Fahrzeuginformationen wie Klimatisierung, PDC System,
Geschwindigkeit, Drehzahl, Bordspannung usw. anzeigen.
Einstellungen
Generelle Einstellungen
1. Tastentöne aktivieren oder deaktivieren
2. „Handbreak Test“, ist die Option eingeschaltet können Videoinhalte nur mit
angezogener Handbremse abgespielt werden. Während der Fahrt ist keine
Videowiedergabe möglich.
3. Automatische Kameraerkennung, ist diese Option eingeschaltet wird eine
aktivierte Kamera automatisch erkannt und das Bild eingeblendet
4. Automatische Bildschirmhelligkeit, sobald das Abblendlicht am Fahrzeug
aktiviert wird dimmt das Display die Helligkeit ab

Radio Einstellungen
1. Die Empfindlichkeit des FM und AM Tuners beim Scannen kann persönlich

Instructions d'installation
 Le voltage du véhicule doit correspondre à celui de l'appareil et suffire à son
installation. Vérifier précédemment.
 Veuillez débrancher la batterie du véhicule avant l'installation.
 Vérifiez que le fusible se trouve dans l'appareil et qu'il est intact.
 L'installation de l'appareil ne doit pas affecter la sécurité et le fonctionnement
du véhicule.
 L'installation de l'appareil ne doit pas restreindre le champ de vision du
conducteur ni bloquer un dispositif important de sécurité.
 Pour éviter que les fils électriques du véhicule ne prennent feu, il faut toujours
vérifier que les fils conducteurs de courant sont munis de fusibles appropriés et que
l'isolation est suffisante. Veuillez choisir les diamètres de fils conformément à la
puissance requise.
 Pour éviter les courts-circuits et les feux de câbles, ne pas utiliser des rubans
conducteurs de courant. Veuillez toujours attacher les câbles à l'aide de serre-câbles de
manière à ne pas bloquer la transmission, la direction ou les freins.
 Veillez à ne pas bloquer les évents pour éviter une surchauffe qui pourrait
provoquer un incendie.
 Veuillez vérifier après l'installation toutes les fonctions de l'appareil pour garantir
leur bon fonctionnement et la sécurité du véhicule dans la circulation routière.
Indications de service

Veuillez ne monter cet appareil que sur des véhicules à courant continu de
9:00 à 16 V (terre négative). Si la tension est inférieure ou supérieure il peut
s’ensuivre des dommages au véhicule, à la batterie ou à l'appareil.
 Veuillez n'utiliser que le fusible de 15A.
 Veillez à une température de service comprise entre -20°C et +60 °C.
 Utilisez pour le nettoyage un tissu en microfibres ou un chiffon à lunettes.
 Évitez l'usage de cet appareil avec une humidité élevée. En cas de mal
fonctionnement, éteindre l'appareil et attendre un milieu ambiant moins humide.
 Pour redémarrer l'appareil, appuyer sur la touche de reset au-dessus de l'appareil à
droite avec un objet pointu et tendre.
 Si vous faites tomber le système quand la voiture est en marche, arrêtez dans un
endroit sûr et réinitialisez.
 Pour une lecture vidéo HD sans faille, il est conseillé d'arrêter la navigation
pour disposer de suffisamment de mémoire.
 Les conditions ambiantes et l'humidité peuvent provoquer un échappement de
vapeur de l'appareil. Veuillez débrancher l'appareil immédiatement et contactez le
service après-vente.
 Si l'appareil présente des défaillances graves, arrêtez son fonctionnement

Capteurs frontaux
Volume
En touchant la barre des capteurs de gauche et en glissant le doigt vers le haut
le volume augmente, et il diminue vice versa.
Sourdine
En glissant le doigt rapidement sur la barre des capteurs vers le bas, l'appareil se met
en sourdine
Luminosité de l'écran
En touchant la barre des capteurs de droite et en glissant le doigt vers le haut la
luminosité de l'écran augmente, et elle diminue vice versa.
Éteindre l'affichage
En glissant le doigt rapidement sur la barre des capteurs vers le bas, l'affichage
s'éteint.
Touche accueil
Appuyer sur la touche accueil pour alterner entre le menu principal et la fonction

A propos de PhoneLink
L'application PhoneLink permet aux conducteurs de projeter le contenu de leur smartphone
Android sur l'écran du Car Multi-Media Player. La connexion s'effectue par un câble USB
standard à partir du smartphone. Le contrôle est à deux voies à partir de l'écran du smartphone
ou du Car Multi-Media Player. Avec la connexion Bluetooth, les conducteurs peuvent profiter
de la musique à partir de leur smartphone, et passer ou recevoir un appel.

6．PhoneLink est réalisable une fois l'application installée.
7．Lorsque les conducteurs utilisent la fonction PhoneLink pour la deuxième fois après la
première connexion et l'installation réussie de l'application, il suffit de connecter le
smartphone au Car Multi-Media Player avec le câble USB et d'appairer le Bluetooth.
8．S'il s'avère que l'application est supprimée, l'application PhoneLink doit être de nouveau
installée.
Contrôle deux voies
Une fois la connexion réussie, les contenus du smartphone sont projetés sur l'écran du Car
Multi-Media Player. Les conducteurs peuvent intervenir à partir de l'écran du smartphone ou
du Car Multi-Media Player.

Le Linkcar est le mode de commande du PhoneLink qui permet aux conducteurs de profiter

Istruzioni per l'installazione
 La tensione di bordo del veicolo deve corrispondere alla tensione del dispositivo
e mettere a disposizione sufficiente tensione, si prega di verificare questa condizione
prima dell'installazione.
 Si prega di scollegare la batteria del veicolo prima di effettuare l'installazione.
 Assicurarsi, che il fusibile sia inserito nel dispositivo e che sia intatta.
 L'installazione del dispositivo non deve pregiudicare la sicurezza e le funzioni
del veicolo.
 L'installazione non deve pregiudicare la visuale del conducente e bloccare gli
impianti di sicurezza del veicolo.
 Per prevenire incendi di cavi nel veicolo si prega di assicurare sempre
sufficientemente cavi portanti tensione e di verificare l'isolamento. Si prega di
rispettare i diametri dei cavi sotto tensione.
 Per l'isolamento di cavi sotto tensione non utilizzare nastro conducente corrente
per prevenire corto circuiti e l'incendio da essi derivanti. Si prega di fissare i cavi
sempre con fascette in modo che essi non possono bloccare il cambio, lo sterzo o il
freno.
 Si prega di fare in modo che la ventola del dispositivo non venga bloccato in
modo da prevenire il surriscaldamento e l'incendio da esso derivante.
 Dopo l'installazione testare tutte le funzioni del veicolo e del dispositivo per essere
certi che esse funzionino correttamente e che il veicolo possa continuare ad essere
utilizzato nel traffico.
Note sull'utilizzo
 Si prega di utilizzare l'apparecchio solo in veicoli con corrente continua di 9 16 volt (massa negativa), una tensione è più bassa o più alta può danneggiare il
veicolo, la batteria o il dispositivo.
 Si prega di utilizzare solo fusibili da 15A.
 Si prega di rispettare una temperatura di utilizzo compresa tra -20°C e +60°C.
 Per la pulizia utilizzare microfibra fine o panni per occhiali.
 Si prega di non utilizzare il dispositivo in presenza di umidità relativa dell'aria
molto elevata, nel caso in cui il dispositivo dovesse avere malfunzionamenti,
spegnerlo ed attendere che l'umidità relativa dell'aria si sia dispersa.
 Per riavviare il dispositivo si prega di azionare il tasto Reset, posto in alto a destra
del dispositivo, utilizzando un oggetto appuntito e morbido.
 Nel caso in cui il sistema dovesse mal funzionare durante la guida, si prega di
parcheggiare il veicolo in un luogo sicuro e di riavviarlo.
 In caso di riproduzione di contenuti video in HD si raccomanda di terminare la
navigazione per riservare sufficiente potenza dell'elaboratore per una riproduzione
senza scatti.
 Influenze esterne oppure acqua nel dispositivo possono provocare fumo nel
dispositivo o farne fuoriuscire dal dispositivo. Si prega di staccare il dispositivo
immediatamente dalla corrente e di contattare il supporto clienti.
 Nel caso in cui il dispositivo dovesse avere errori o difetti interrompere
immediatamente l'utilizzo e contattare il supporto clienti.

Sensori frontali
Volume
Se viene sfiorata la barra sensori sinistra e fatta scorrere verso l'alto, il volume
aumenta, al contrario il volume diminuisce.
Mute
Se la barra sensori viene fatta scorrere velocemente verso il basso, il dispositivo
viene messo in modalità muta
Luminosità Display
Se la barra sensori destra viene sfiorata e fatta scorrere verso l'alto, la luminosità
del Display aumenta, al contrario la luminosità diminuisce
Spegnere Display
Se la barra sensori viene fatta scorrere velocemente verso il basso, il Display si
spegne.
Tasto Home
Premere il tasto Home per cambiare tra Menu Principale e funzione selezionata. Se
il Display è spento premendo questo tasto, si riaccende.
Tasto Standby
Premerlo una volta per attivare lo Standby, una ulteriore volta per disattivare
nuovamente lo Standby.

Per accoppiare semplicemente toccare sul nome del proprio telefono che viene
indicato sul Display dello VX8, la connessione viene effettuata. Non appena viene
effettuata la connessione il nome del dispositivo viene evidenziato sul Display.
Collegamento automatico
Se il dispositivo connesso tramite Bluetooth esce dal raggio di azione, esso viene
automaticamente scollegato. Se il telefono rientra nel raggio d'azione, viene ricollegato
automaticamente.

Collegare il telefono Android mediante cavo USB allo vX8, attivare il Debugging USB
sul telefono Android e poi cliccare su Android Link.
A proposito di PhoneLink
PhoneLink App permette ai conducenti di navigare tra i contenuti dei propri smartphone
Android usando il riproduttore multimediale della propria vettura. La connessione avviene
tramite cavo USB standard dallo smartphone. Il controllo avviene in due maniere diverse sia
tramite lo schermo dello smartphone sia tramite il riproduttore multimediale della vettura.
Grazie alla connessione Bluetooth, i conducenti possono ascoltare la musica proveniente dallo
smartphone e fare o ricevere chiamate.
Come effettuare il collegamento
1. Attivare il debug USB dello smartphone
（1）Impostazioni smartphone —Informazioni —Fare ripetutamente clic sul numero versione e
ritornare all'ultimo passaggio — Attivare le opzioni sviluppatore— Attivare il debug USB;
2. Si prega fare riferimento al manuale d'uso del riproduttore multimediale della vettura per
l'accoppiamento Bluetooth.
3.La app PhoneLink si installerà nello smartphone in 10-30 secondi.
4.Alcuni smartphone potrebbero visualizzare una notifica “Connessione USB PC", si prega di
selezionare MTP o PTP.
5．Lo smartphone notificherà "Autorizza l'applicazione PhoneLink di accedere a USB
accessory". Fare clic "Utilizzare USB accessory come preimpostazione", poi fare clic su "OK".
6．PhoneLink è pronta all'uso dopo aver installata l'app.
7. Quando i conducenti utilizzano la funzione PhoneLink la seconda volta, dopo la prima
connessione e l'aver installata con successo la app, basta collegare il proprio smartphone al
riproduttore multimediale della vettura mediante un cavo USB o la connessione Bluetooth.
8.Se la app PhoneLink viene disinstallata, essa deve essere reinstallata.
Controllo a due vie
Se il collegamento ha avuto successo, i contenuti dello smartphone verranno proiettati sullo
schermo del riproduttore multimediale della vettura. I conducenti possono operare sugli schermi
sia dello smartphone, sia del riproduttore multimediale della vettura.
