Nella sauna si accede senza indumenti.
Nella sauna a vapore il proprio sedile viene sciacquato con l’apposito tubo doccia.

proprio telo.
Il tempo di permanenza in sauna è una
scelta individuale in regola tra i 10 a 20
minuti.
La seguente fase di raffreddamento è
importante per il corpo e serve per disfarsi
dal calore accumulato, è consigliata una
doccia fredda oppure uscire all’aria.
Il periodo di riposo è uguale a quello di
permanenza in sauna. Questo rituale può
essere ripetuto per 3 volte.
