nel Cimino in the heart of the Tuscia

e le fibre, sia naturali, come il rattan,
sia sintetiche, come il Waprolace,
vengono intrecciate a mano con
tecniche tradizionali raffinate
e sofisticate.

treated for perfect adaptation to the

a modern carpentry workshop where

Eleganza e resistenza
nel tempo
I legni e i metalli
Il legno per Unopiù è materiale prezioso,
da lavorare con cura e maestria. Teak,
pino nordico, ciliegio, rovere e wengè
sono accuratamente selezionati per
coniugare qualità estetica e durata nel
tempo. Provengono da foreste certificate
e ripiantumate nel rispetto dell’ambiente.
Nello specifico, il teak rappresenta
da sempre il materiale privilegiato
per degli arredi outdoor, in virtù della
sua resistenza agli agenti atmosferici
e della calda colorazione aranciata.
La sua superficie esterna, ossidandosi
a contatto con l’aria, protegge la parte
più interna assumendo una raffinata
sfumatura grigio-argento e donando a ogni
prodotto una bellezza naturale mutevole
nel tempo; per chi preferisce il suo colore
originale
è sufficiente il trattamento periodico della
sua superficie con olio. Il pino nordico,
impiegato prevalentemente per le strutture,
è un legno duro dalle venature chiare
caratterizzato dalla crescita rapida
e quindi da valenze ecologiche.
La sua particolare lavorazione,
l’impregnatura a base di acqua tramite
la cottura in autoclave, ne rafforza
la protezione ottenendo una migliore
resistenza all’aria aperta.
Per rifinire la scena personalizzandola nei
colori, la linea di impregnanti Unopiù Color
permette di decorare e trattare tutte
le strutture in legno. Privi di cromo e
arsenico nel rispetto delle normative
in materia di tutela ambientale, i colori
Unopiù affiancano alle classiche tonalità
noce scuro e teak, 6 nuance pastello: bianco,
celeste antico, giallo antico, grafite, verde e
verde salvia. Per chi desidera
il calore delle essenze di legno o per chi
invece ama giocare con le sfumature.
Tecniche tradizionali e tecnologie
d’avanguardia convivono nella lavorazione
dei metalli Unopiù; fondamentali
per gli arredi e le strutture, sono sottoposti
a diversi trattamenti che ne assicurano
una elevata durabilità e resistenza
agli agenti atmosferici e disponibili in
molteplici colorazioni a seconda dell’effetto

Woods and Metals
Wood is a precious substance for Unopiù
and must be worked with care and
expertise. Teak, Nordic pine, cherry, oak
and wengè are carefully selected to ensure
esthetic quality and durability. The wood
comes from certified forests which are
replanted respecting the environment.
More specifically, teak has always been the
preferred wood for outdoor use, thanks to its
resistance to the elements and to its lively
orange colour. On contact with the elements
the surface oxidizes forming a protection
for the internal layer and takes on a muted
grey-silver hue gracing each product with
a natural beauty. For those who prefer the
original colour, suffice to give an occasional
coat of teak oil. Nordic pine which is mainly
used in garden structures, is a light veined,
quick growing hardwood, optimum for
ecological reasons. A particular water
based pressure treatment reinforces its
protection providing better resistance for
the outdoors.
For a personal finish the Unopiù Colour
Range offers paints for the treatment and
decoration of all wood structures. Unopiù
colours are without chrome or arsenic in
accordance with environmental protection
norms and range from classic dark walnut
and teak to 6 pastel shades : white, antique
pale blue, antique yellow, graphite, green
and sage green - satisfying both those who
desire the warm essence of natural wood
and those who like playing with colour.
Traditional techniques and avant-garde
technology combine in the working of
Unopiù metals which are fundamental to the
furniture and garden structures. Various
treatments which assure durability
and resistance to the elements are used.

Hand weaving.
Hand weaving is one of Unopiù’s know-how
strong points and finishes and enriches
products with its elegance. Hand weaving
is done in natural fibres like rattan pulut
worked with age-old traditional techniques
or in synthetic fibre which is more practical
for outdoor use. Waprolace, for example,
which was patented in 2006 is resistant to
salt and chlorine and requires no particular
maintenance.

Fabrics

match a product with other furnishings,
Unopiù proposes a wide range of colour
and weather resistant fabrics : in plain
colours or stripes, in pastels or strong
colours, available in various weights
to satisfy all tastes. Unopiù fabrics are
solution dyed 100% acrylic with stainproof
and mouldproof fibres which are soft,
fresh and pleasing to the touch. They are
durable and easy to clean and create a lifelong oasis of relaxation.

Gli intrecci, punto di forza del know-how
Unopiù, rifiniscono il disegno del prodotto
